Section 3 Criminal Procedure Code (V9 1898), Section 265K Illegal Settlement, Complaint Against Complainants, alleges that, by claiming to be the owner of the underground land, the legally-armed suspect was charged with non-possession. Legal and coercion seized the complainant from the said land. Through the trial, the accused was dismissed by the trial court under section K65 K, a petition filed under the CCPC. The pending proceedings in the trial were canceled, in which case the complainant was at liberty to approach the court authorized to resolve the complaint.
