Article 22 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition Increasing the pension granted by the federal government from July 1, 1999, by the retirement Old Age Benefit Institution Petition on July 14, 1999 as employees. Claims for a pension increase were granted only to civil pensioners on July 1, 1999; non-pensioners would not be entitled to such an increase on July 1, 1999 when serving employees, including applicants, from July 1, 1999. If the salary was increased then the applicant could not be allowed to avail. On July 1, 1999, the High Court dismissed the petition as a result of the increase in salary as an employee and then an increase in pension from the same date.
