Article 15 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional petition Tenant Bona granted proof of personal need of the landlord, eviction application filed on the basis of personal need of the land and allowed the two courts to examine the legitimate right whether personal use. Whether or not the premises were needed was based on good faith. Exception to the question of fact and inquiry into this subject cannot be taken unless it is shown that some basic legal principles have been violated in this matter. Definition of evidence or abandonment of evidence or false propaganda of evidence cannot be brought on record by any kind of concrete or tangible evidence by the tenants stating that the landlord's requirement was speculative or based on property. Successfully recorded records by both courts under landlords who failed to show illegal, gross irregularity or weakness in the tenant's search. The results recorded by the two courts below are based on the evidence available on the law and the evidence. Accordingly, those records were sustained and it was maintained that the applications were dismissed under the circumstances.
