MUHAMMAD RAFIQUE versus ANWAR SHAH PHOOL BADSHAH MEHARBAN
O XXXIX, R 2 (3) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Disobedience to the Constitution Order Order Prohibition Four persons who disobeyed the final order of the contempt court were called for action by the respondents alleging that Four people are responsible. In order to raid her house, which had taken away her valuables after demolishing her house, the petitioner alleged that the defendant did not remove the encroachment by the defendant in front of the applicant's plot. Failed to perform duties. It was directed to remove the crossroads from the area that was part of the road alignment and the applicant was allowed to take appropriate remedies under the law in relation to the rest of the area. Respondents pleaded that Defendant demolished his house and violated the court's direction. Well, such an action may be more than the direction given by the court and even others illegally; however, it was doubtful whether, disobedience or disobedience to the court's order would be false facts. The alleged dispute appears to be involved and the High Court did not have the appropriate forum in its constitutional jurisdiction to resolve the issue which the respondent did not follow. Immediately, the contempt of court application will be dismissed. r \ n \ r \ n
