No explanation was offered by the appellant on the said date, nor did any of the Appellants have expired. If the Appellant had expired, then at least the AOR could have been entered in his petition or another Appellant or any court. I could have presented for which no good reason was shown. For the purpose of rejecting an unclean order of dismissal, the petition filed by the appellants for re-entry of the appeal, accordingly dismissed \ r \ n \ r \ n
