In this case it is not appropriate for the person to whom he agreed to sell the property. The lawsuit is filed for specific performance. There is no pending dispute between the said person and the person allegedly entitled to the termination and exchange proceedings of the plaintiff's Renee Power of Attorney. To the extent that his case was decided, the relief under which the plaintiff sought specific performance was already withdrawn by a statement made before the appellate court for review. And the plaintiff's suit was ordered that the power of attorney and the interchange be ordered to be canceled
