Article 199 Constitution Petitioner Maintenance Petitioners, retired professors who were old men and women aged 80, were evicted from their homes by the respondents, and the applicants were stoned and sent to court for justice. They were running from pillar to post. And the police, but despite the arbitrary relief, had failed the constitutional petition, the High Court should not fall into the technicalities of the law and if the court concludes that justice has not been done, the court will do justice, to the applicants. Three attempts were made by the respondents to evict. The constitutional petition filed by the applicants from his house was accepted and the D-section P in the court was directed to take possession of the house in the dispute and hand it over to the applicants even after being handed over to the police. They must be protected in their possession, life and liberty. If the applicants move the application for registration o f the case, the police will be responsible for filing a case against the respondents.
