Sections 497 (2) and 103 of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 353, 324 and 34 use or use criminal force to prevent a public servant from discharging his duties, committing a crime and a general motive. Granted, no one was harmed by any of the Grant's further investigations, though there was a shooting between the police and the assailants, until the police van received a single shot from Section 103, CRPC's Violation was violated, however, a more appropriate case of further inquiry was presented, in which circumstances bail was allowed
