Under the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, and the relevant provisions of the Petition Petition, the trial or remedy may have been filed by Ainer before the trial court, pending a decision, including the situation arising in the present case. All the situation had to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of the CPC in which there was no clause of amnesty. Some acts or omissions, then it shall be deemed that no individual or party shall be punished for the purpose of such action or error against the wisdom of the request of the Legislature.
