In suits sections 7, 9 and 10, the bank's debt recovery suit claims that the securities were misappropriated outside the scope of the bank's affiliation letter. However, it is alleged that in respect of the defendants' legal justification, they failed to admit that the protective equipment was put in place by the defendants and applied for the leave to appeal the said documents. Went and relied on that letter of commitment. Couldn't work to prevent a lending bank from improving its security situation
