Section 239 Preventive Code (XLV of 1860), Section 302/324/34/109 Trial AMD, Trial AMD Attempt to Trial, Joint Intent, Enhancement Accusation and Trial of Trial of the accused The accused joined the case and his case was separated as a co-accused of the case until he remained absconding and non-bailable warrant arrests were issued against him. The petition filed by the accused before the trial court under CRPC for the stability of the case was dismissed and the case of the accused was separated from the case of the accused in order to avoid delay in the end of the trial. During the trial of the co-accused, the testimony of 13 prosecution witnesses and the evidence of the 15 prosecution witnesses was recorded during the trial of the accused and all the prosecution's witnesses were examined at length. Do not identify any bias that would result if the cases were run separately and accordingly the review request was dismissed.
