Section 10 (4) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 203F (2B), the Federal Shariat Court, seeking interlocutory orders, the trial court acquitted the complainant, who appealed the order. A vacation application was filed for The Federal Shariat Court of the trial court changed the application for leave to appeal in the appeal against Brett and entertained the defendant's accuracy and trial of the charge for investigating the application against the interim order Article 203F of the Constitution ( 2B). Before that the Supreme Court was not authorized as no decision was made nor any order was passed by the Shariat court but the accused were merely summoned. Such an order of the Federal Shariah Court could not be equated with an order that was yet approved by the Federal Shariah.
