Section 19 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), A XXI, R 89 Putting aside the execution of the decree on sale, the banking court, having affirmed the auction proceedings in favor of the auction buyer, disposed of all the requests and filed the objection. The claim was rejected incorrectly. The ignorance, wrongdoing, wrongdoing or irregularities on the part of the court could not be taken away from the auction buyer's rights, which were deposited in his favor when he submitted the bid amount under the law, under O XXI, Rule 89, CPC. Both requests were filed without due regard. A. XXI, Rules 89 (1) (a) and (b), CPC and as such no applications were preferred, the High Court intervened in the order passed by the Banking Court. Denied, whereby the objection requests were dismissed and the sale auction confirmed in favor of the buyer, the appeal was dismissed in the circumstances.
