Section 497 (5) of the Immigration Ordinance (XVIII of 1979), Section 17/22 bail, did not succeed in clarifying the accused's cancellation on the amount of money he had received in dispute with the victim. And their statements were made on behalf of the affected persons, which led to their bail. Such conduct was highly condemnable by a person who sought arbitrary relief from the court, and the accused could not be allowed to take advantage of the order by which he was competent. The request for a cancellation of the bail was allowed and the order under which the accused was granted bail after his arrest, was withdrawn.
