COLLECTOR OF CUSTOMS (APPRAISEMENT) versus MESSRS SHABAZ INTERNATIONAL
In reference to Article 196 constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 189 refers to the High Court's order referring to the definition of facts, admissions / privileges in revenue and previous decisions of the High Court and the Supreme Court. The decision of the Supreme Court was binding on all judicial and administrative forums, which would not require questions as to the interpretation of the law.
