Section 4 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), O. Received remand for adjudication. The decision states that the grandson may inherit his first father's share of the inheritance from his grandfather at such a sta- tion if it is not possible for the plaintiff to have any cause for action at all in the trial of a full trial. If the cause of action was solely on legal matters, then the plaintiff should not have been denied under OVII, R 11, the parties to the CPC were free to consider the facts and questions of law as appropriate. To, which the trial court will decide after recording the case and the evidence, the High Court dismissed the request for review.
