RAB NAWAZ versus MAPAAL
O VII, R 11 By a conclusive decision, the appellate court rejected the lack of court fee exemption and dismissed the defendants' appeal notice for non-receipt of a Rs 15,000 revolt fee. The material denied to the plaintiff was available on record regarding the value of the suit property The plaintiff had set the estimate for judicial fee purposes as the Rs 22,000 was not provided to the plaintiff to provide any reduction as required by law. Accordingly, the other party did not review it, nor was the appellate court rejecting the plaintiff's illegal and material misconduct. And the appellate court's order was revoked and those of the trial court were restored under the circumstances.
