BOARD OF INTERMEDIATE AND SECONDARY EDUCATION THROUGH CHAIRMAN versus MUHAMMAD ISHAQUE
Section 42 of the Punjab Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act (XIII of 1976), suits section 29 and 31, under judicial jurisdiction, passed by the Civil Court to the Intermediate and Secondary Board for correction of their birth by the plaintiff. The Board, however, sought a declaration and challenged that the order of the Board through a civil suit, formally allowed by the trial court and the appellate court, is a matter of correction in the history of the Judiciary Civil Courts. Has no jurisdiction to entertain and decide. In view of the times contained in Sections 29 and 31 of the Punjab Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act 1976, the Board's record, in fact, excluded the jurisdiction of the civil courts from approving any order related to the correction of history. Birth records in the Board's records, without any order or board, except that no charge was made by the Board regarding the instability and goodwill, the plaintiff submitted for the purpose of examination. He had included his date of birth on his admission form and had never been agitated before and he was swollen. It allowed the High Court to request reconsideration for this deliberative period, setting aside court decisions and orders.
