Section 497 (2) of the Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Sections 324, 148 and 149, only one of the injuries sustained by the grant of further investigation is the brother of the accused, brother, but 17 named and 5/6 unknown persons armed. There was no question of further investigation as to whether the accused was involved in the case with the firearms, whether the accused participated in the incident or not, because nothing was recovered from the suspect's possession during the investigation. The two sides were related to each other, the accused was a person no longer needed because the investigation was completed and the accused could not be jailed on indefinite basis only. It was that his co-accused was absconding with justice when the accused managed to deal with further investigation, when the accused was admitted on bail.
