About some people, some people were not enough to believe that this person had turned away from being a Muslim, and had adopted another religion, unless the person himself had to admit it. The applicant had no allegation or confession that he had embraced some people. From the allegations made by the respondents, other religions and Muslims were left out, no recognizable offense was constituted under the provisions of Section 295A & 298, PPC and was not covered.
