Applicants for application under Sections 12 and 19 Civil Procedure Code (v. 1908), 0 1, R 10 Suites for specific performance of contract of sale, I, R 10, CPC. The suit was filed by the petitioners because of the interference of the parties as to the fact that in the case of the suit, the defendants had sold the property in favor of the interlocutors, they were suitable and according to the appropriate party. That in the scope for specific performance it appeared that the contract was ineligible for specific performance, the court could be dismissed as one and Compensation or Damage Agreement may, in the present case, be claimed for compensation under section 19 of the Special Relief Act, 1877, for the ineligibility of certain performance. And the suit can be treated accordingly
