Bail before Section 498 Contempt Rule (XLV of 1860), Sections 324, 148 and 149 bail, the grant of bail to the second accused was given in view of the fact that the bail was granted to four of his accomplices and the matter of the said accused. Was not prominent. The case of the co-accused involved in the FIR, in which the complainant's father and mother, along with the other two accomplices, suffered injuries, but only two injuries were found on the injured person, who misrepresented the prosecution's story. Which included three suspects. The other suspect said because of injuries on the injured bail, the other suspect was accepted and the arrest warrant granted before the ad interim.
