The Revenue specifically advised the complainant that the residence owner, new or more than two years old, was living Imported under the transfer scheme if it is a used car registered in the name of the complainant in the country of residence. The complainant was not advised that the car had to be registered in the residential country for one year before his arrival in Pakistan.
