The suit for possession on the basis of section 8 title that the appellant's suit had no title in the property before the Revenue Forum Appellant's case for setting its title on the disputed land in court was also excluded. The courts had properly considered the decision of the respondents' disapproval decree, in the circumstances that the appellant was unable to disclose the existence of any basis mentioned in Council 100, CPC, in the defunct decree.
