The second eye witness was supported by a witness who did not have any enmity against the accused, and the collar evidence was consistent and the medical evidence of the victim and the prosecution's witnesses identified the suspect's recovery of the weapon related to the suspect and the serologist. Reports were supported. And the forensic science laboratory had fully established its crime courts below on the proper definition of evidence, and the culprits were properly punished and sentenced, and the other accused was acquitted; any legal weakness in the unknown verdict. Appeals were dismissed accordingly.
