Section 152 (2) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional petition disqualified as the candidate for election was not dismissed as the post of Nazim, so he was disqualified as the applicant filed his nomination papers. What happened was that the Matric Certificate was fake and the Election Commission of Pakistan sent a question to the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education about which the Board rejected the negative report stating that the Matriculation Certificate was not from the applicant. Had canceled the Matric Certificate as fake and after the petitioner's hearing Had been disqualified.
