Section 9 Law Reform Ordinance (XII of 1972), Section 3 Intra-Court Fails to Appoint Permanent / Permanent Principal of National College of Arts, Lahore (College) Selection Principal The release committee directed the selection committee to interview him without any valid reason to consider the name of such candidate for selection and conduct his interview in the interest of justice.
