MUHAMMAD YOUSAF versus STATE
Section 497 of the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 467 and 471 guarantees, the complainant's denial hanged the General Power of Attorney in favor of the applicant in dealing with his land for agricultural purposes only and looking after it. Not in favor of the applicant to look after and deal with the complainant's other property. The applicant, who has built or built on this land, has acquired registered properties besides agricultural land, including rice-sheller, building, warehouse, cattle shed, shops, etc., in the name of the co-accused who was the applicant's son. Does not form part of the land for the property. Which general power of attorney was hanged by the complainant in favor of the applicant, saying that the facts clearly showed that the criminals were initially committed by the criminals. The registration cannot be disputed and it is not true that the matter is related to the jurisdiction of the civil court only. Request dismissed
