In the approval of the section 18 Limitation Act (IX of 1908), Article 166 Civil Procedure Code (V8 1908), O XXI, R90 order prohibiting the sale side of the execution, the mortgaged property was auctioned and 12 confirmed 1999 On December 5, 2005, the sale was confirmed by the debtor filed an objection to the sale under OXI, R90, CPC, which was banned by the Banking Court. The deadline for filing an application to keep the sale separate in implementation was to begin with thirty days and a limited period of sale date. Ruff's request for an objection was timely barred and was rightly dismissed by a banking court decision. The sale of the property in auction and subsequent proceedings was done with competent law and no exemption can be made on the same order approved by the Banking Court. After avoiding any legal weakness, the High Court refuses to intervene in the matter.
