Ruff's request for an objection was timely barred and was rightly dismissed by a banking court decision. The sale of the property in auction and subsequent proceedings was done with competent law and no exemption can be made on the same order approved by the Banking Court. After avoiding any legal weakness, the High Court refuses to intervene in the matter.
