ABDUL SATTAR THROUGH L.RS. versus GHULAM RASOOL
Sections 13 and 14 of the Pakistan Citizenship Act (III of 1951), Sections 3 (2) and 16A (1) (3) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Constitution have been claimed by the claimants as the property of the respondents. She has been in his possession for years. In 1951, under the Oral Sale, the Board of Trustees notified such property on the land as property which the respondent once intended to do business in East Pakistan. Such ground of correctness shall not be conclusive evidence of the fact that the defendant was a definite person in the sense of the Pakistan Citizenship Act 1951, such order of the Board of Trustees was unlawful and without legal authority.
