The registration officer did not specify any reasons for not registering the document. The powers for registration of property outside the district were in conflict with the provisions of the Registration of Registration Act, 1908, a circular issued by the authorities. Was without authority and had no legal effect, the High Court told the authorities Any other action was allowed to be introduced. In order to prevent fraud in the jurisdiction authorized by the law or to seek amendment to the relevant law, the petition was allowed under the circumstances
