On the basis of such allotment of section 42 and 3ac3 eviction property and homelessness law (repealed) Act (XIV of 1975), section 2 constitution of Pakistan (1973), arts 175 (2) and 199 constitutional vacancies. Change Allocation Allocation was reviewed by the District Officer (Revenue) on the basis that such allotment had no basis in RL II, which was obtained illegally and fraudulently. There was no reported officer under the validity of the validity district officer (Revenue) rules, therefore, the jurisdiction to determine legal status could not be considered jurisdiction or otherwise the allotment authority was merely a result of registration in the revenue record. The order was completely without any legal authority and without any legal effect the High Court did not accept the constitutional petition.
