Section 24 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Petition The 30-day trial filed by the pre-emption suit promoter was dismissed by the trial court and the appellate court simultaneously because of the 31st of the filing of the injunction. The day the complaint was filed by the pre-emptor was that on the first day when the case was filed, it had to be excluded in the counting of the 30-day time validity on which the trial court ruled. Was instructed to submit the pre-emptor so that it could be removed. Upon removal, the period submitted by the pre-importer will be within 30 days. Earlier, no fines and default charges could be imposed, therefore, it was illegal and without jurisdiction to dismiss the case for non-submission of goldsmiths by the trial court. The decisions and orders passed by both the courts were set aside below
