According to him and the deceased were together at the time of the accident, but instead of taking the deceased to the hospital and notifying the police, the accused chose to inform his family, who then escorted him to the accident. Informing the deceased's family about the death, such fact alone was sufficient to disperse the accused. The bail was last seen.
