The order made was not complied with. Later that day, the petition was dealt with. Respondents made some statements for compensation and as a result, the applicant was informed of the terms of compensation that the applicant objected to such decision. Was because the applicant had no property title and title as he failed to submit the transfer fee as per the directions of the Board of Revenue, but he was still being compensated by the respondents, without any contempt. No question was created. It was up to the applicant to accept the offer or else the applicant had agreed that a direct payment to the money trust had been agreed, the request was dealt with accordingly.
