SHEIKH ZARRAR AHMAD versus DISTRICT POLICE OFFICER, DISTRICT LAYYAH
Section 168 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Constitutional Appeal Complaint of the petitioners in the Tehsil Nazim Pre-Poll for Elections was that the government officials had launched a campaign in favor of the opposing candidates / respondents and they were asking the applicants. Drawbacks were pushing and pushing to withdraw from the election. The Chief Election Commissioner has not received a complaint in this regard. The effect was more in the nature of the present case summary; there was a lack of solid material to support the applicant's version that all the defendants had conspired against the applicants and started threatening to withdraw them. Since there was no assurance in the elections as far as the criminal case against the applicant is concerned, the matter is pending before the court and it cannot be assumed that the free, fair and impartial election was held by the Chief Election. Was the duty. Therefore, the Commissioner, the applicant, approached the Tea Forum and should wait for the response. Do not demonstrate otherwise they may be charged with misconduct. \ r \ n \ r \ n
