MOOHAN LAL versus STATE
Under section 497 (5) of the Contempt of Conduct (XLV of 1860), Sections 302, 147 and 148, the trial court granted the bail of one of the co-accused who was the mother-in-law of the deceased murderer whose house I was killed. Behind the scenes the same co-accused appeared in the cash and dower articles of the deceased who remained in the possession of all the co-accused until the deceased had the benefit of being the head of the co-accused's family. It is also claimed that the aforementioned co-accused was a criminal type woman who did not keep the deceased in peace during her life, her death during her life complained about the atrocities by the co-accused. In the circumstances, the alliance in connection with the murder of the deceased trial court was disclosed, thus it was wrong to bail out the accused. S was recalled and was taken into custody
