Section 497 Crimes Against Property (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VI of 1979), Section 17 (3) Bail Bail Grant was sought on the basis that no stolen property of the complainant was recovered from the accused. A co-accused was admitted on bail by the trial court on the grounds that the complainant filed an affidavit stating that his name was given due to a misidentification misidentification under which the application was made.
