Of the 68 members, 64 voted in favor of the movement. And only 3 members voted against the motion, while a ballot paper was found inside the vacant memorandum of Moga Agha immediately approved by the applicant as per the provisions of the Sindh Local Government Ordinance, 2001. That they vote by members of the Union Councils in that district under section 24 (4) of the District Local Government Ordinance, 20p1, without delay. The request was dealt with accordingly
