MUHAMMAD NAZIR versus STATE
Before the arrest of Sections 498, the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Sections 506B, 341, 337H (ii) and 34, the only offense against the accused under Section 506 was confirmed, PPC was non-bailable but the rest of the offense was permissible. The suspects were allegedly armed with firearms, but they did not hurt the complainant and his son and were only charged with ineffective firing. Police were not recovered from any vacant place, for some hidden reason, because both sides were neighbors. In any case, the accused's pre-arrest pre-arrest bail bail should be rejected
