KISHWAR JABEEN versus FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN THROUGH SECRETARY, MINISTRY OF INTERIOR AFFAIRS
Sections 2 and 3 of the Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), Section 169 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Constitution challenged the memorandum to the nominees on the Exit Control List, under which their names were placed on the Exit Control List. In which it was alleged that they were without law. The Authority has not filed a case against the applicant for the last three years except that another applicant was nominated in a case, but was later asked on a petition filed by the prosecutor with NAB's approval. That was excluded under Case 5 169, CRPC applicants cannot be deprived of their constitutional rights indefinitely and no harmful action can be taken for the life and liberty of a citizen. Except as required by law, authorities may notify applicants of the reasons or grounds for anonymity. Have failed. Failed to submit the control list and further record documents that a lawsuit was filed against them was allowed by the applicant
