Section 6 (2) of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 203d Zarar and Zurrat plaintiff did not plead guilty and Zarawar Section 6 (2) of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act of 1991 was declared as an offense against the integration of Islam. The Federal Shariat Court had appealed against such an order on Article 203D of the Constitution in the judgment of 30 199 5 1991. Its action was suspended till section 6 (2) 31 12 of 1993 of this Act. 2 7 1992 and, therefore, the requirement to comply with the provisions of section 6 (2) could not be met.
