COLLECTOR OF CUSTOMS, GUJRANWALA versus SETH RASHID
Sections 162, 163 and 1946 of the High Court have appealed the customs authorities for allegedly seizing the viscous raven, conducting a raid and raiding the department and verifying the evidence / material presented by the defendants.
