MUKHTAR AHMAD versus MUHAMMAD HABIB
Section 42 On the basis of fraudulent litigation to hold declarations with third party authority, the trial court dismissed the suit but without the knowledge and consent to challenge the validity of the change of sale, but without the knowledge and consent of the appellant. The court rejected the same justification. The plaintiff had given the thumbs up to the periodicals and this was proved by the proof sheet of the Tehsildar's Patwari Lakat on the basis of the above sheet; through the witness, the witness confirmed the testimony and the consular plaintiff was identified, and his identity card. The plaintiff had considered that if a third-party tenant refuses to marry the landlord, it could be processed according to the law that allowed the review and was approved by the appellate court. The verdict and order were set aside and the trial court was reinstated at the trial.
