Sections 50 (2A) and Second Schedule, Part I, CL86 of the Punjab Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Act (XIII of 1976), Section 37 of the Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Constitution Application Section 50 (2A), Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 Income Tax Ordinance, 1979 or on the deposits of the Intermediate and Secondary Board of Education with the Department's Banks and Financial Institutions Act, to deduct or cause or direct any tax under Income: Not applicable to interest / profit acquisition. According to the Tax Ordinance, 2001, the said deposits were declared void and without rules of legal authority.
