Section 22A & 22B Constitution Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petition challenging the allotment of land by its owner to Justice Justice Peace's instructions for registration of the case despite the landowner's objection to the allotment. Providing legal claimant (defendant) alleges that the disputed land was a madrassa (religious seminary) was given by his landlord but the accused (applicant) then took the landowner to Patwari and handed over the land. The owner of the property was transferred to the accused and the meeting between the Tehsildar and the two parties was identified by the union council moderator and others when a title document was in favor of a person, confirm it in a public meeting. It cannot be said later that this variable was obtained with fraud or that the landowner did not come forward with the allegation that the alterations made by him were fraudulently confirmed and that he had also received income tax. Was not challenged by the authority. Justice Peace, in such cases, was obliged to hear both sides before issuing a directive to the police to register the case, which the Justice of Peace had, in fact, at the request of the complainant, without realizing the facts.
