Article 25 A Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Job deprivation worker requested absent from duty due to illness and the worker was fined while presenting medical certificate of a private practitioner employer while refusing the application. The Labor Court dismissed the worker's complaint request when he was not treated at the Social Security Hospital, but the tribunal accepted his appeal, calling it a High Court in a constitutional jurisdiction. The law had accepted the worker's request. The High Court should not have issued a writ in favor of the employer because the tribunal had passed the order with jurisdiction and the apex court had appealed against any false statements and evidence.
