PROVINCE OF PUNJAB versus MESSRS SUFI CONSTRUCTION COMPANY
Section 17 and 30 constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) ruled that the Supreme Court ruled against fact-finding by the courts below the award against those who presented evidence of the award, except for the misunderstanding of the arbitrators. Due to the mismanagement of the arbitrators, the petitioners did not file any petition for arbitration before the court in support of the allegations of misconduct against them and no allegations were made of the details and objections by the applicants. Applicants against the arbitrators were vague and unreasonable. The Arbitrator was a senior officer of the Punjab Highway and was appointed by the Chief Engineer Trial Court as well as the High Court, which recorded relevant facts which could not be taken exception to. Reading false news or not reading the evidence in the article, Dee should not face any legal weakness in the High Court's decision that refused to appeal the apex court's bail plea.
