JAVAID IQBAL, A.S.-I POLICE STATION IQBAL TOWN, LAHORE versus SENIOR SUPERINTENDENT OF POLICE, LAHORE
The R13 18 constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 1212 (3) was promoted as sub-inspector on ad hoc basis for the conversion of civil servants to lower rank, officials charged him with assistant sub-inspector in the criminal case. Returned to the post The ploy taken by a civil servant prior to the dismissal of the service tribunal was that once it was developed, it could not be returned without notice or inquiry for any reason that a public servant was found involved in a criminal case. That was still stained. Also, since they were pressured in this matter and the public servant did not prefer any appeal against the order and the public servant was advertised on ad hoc basis and was not brought to the publicity list. Was neither confirmed nor inspected as an inspector, therefore, Section 1313 of the Police Rules, 1938 was not applicable in this case, the decision of the service tribunal was based on the law enacted by the Supreme Court. And there was no misrepresentation or action. There is no question of the law of importance to the general public, as the matter was considered under Article 1212 (3) of the Constitution, the leave to appeal was denied.
