For more than six years of service to his credit and hence, his services could not be terminated ated in accordance with the provisions of R6, Category III, Chapter II of the National Bank of Pakistan Staff Service Rules 1980, otherwise, Employees could not be condemned for violating principles of natural justice as well as equity and fair play. No irregularities or illegality may be identified by the Bank in the Judges. Approved by a service tribunal that did not guarantee interference of the Supreme Court because of its well-being, no question of public importance law was included in this request. The appeal was denied.
